Xiaohong","doi":"10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2017.01.033","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"目的 探讨超声造影与增强MRI在眼眶良恶性肿瘤疾病临床鉴别中的应用价值。 方法 选择2014年2月至2016年5月本院接收的符合研究选取标准的73例眼眶肿瘤疾病患者,所有患者分别行增强MRI检查及超声造影检查。以病理检查结果作为金标准,对比两组诊断准确度、特异度及敏感度。 结果 超声造影诊断与病理检查结果相符者60例(82.19%)、增强MRI 59例(80.82%),两组对比差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.045,P>0.05);超声造影诊断特异度(87.67%)高于增强MRI(73.97%),超声造影诊断敏感度(64.38%)低于增强MRI(79.45%),两组数据对比,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=4.419、4.104,P<0.05)。 结论 超声造影及增强MRI在眼眶良恶性肿瘤的鉴别中准确度无显著差异,超声造影诊断敏感度低于增强MRI,但特异度高于增强MRI,临床实际可综合患者病情特征、经济状况等因素联合采用两种诊断方式,为临床治疗方案的制定提供可靠依据。","PeriodicalId":14405,"journal":{"name":"国际医药卫生导报","volume":"258 1","pages":"98-100"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0000,"publicationDate":"2017-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":"0","resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":null,"PeriodicalName":"国际医药卫生导报","FirstCategoryId":"3","ListUrlMain":"https://doi.org/10.3760/CMA.J.ISSN.1007-1245.2017.01.033","RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":null,"ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":null,"EPubDate":"","PubModel":"","JCR":"","JCRName":"","Score":null,"Total":0}
