Abstract

产后妇女社区卫生保健措施干预效果分析

目的探讨和分析社区卫生服务措施在产褥期妇女护理干预中的应用价值。方法选取2012年10月~ 2013年10月某社区调查产娩期妇女300例作为研究对象，将其分为观察组和对照组，每组150例，观察组给予产妇护理干预和社区卫生保健措施，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察比较两组产妇并发症的发生情况。结果护理干预后，观察组产科并发症发生率为3.3%，对照组为20.0%，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论社区卫生保健护理干预有助于促进产褥期后的身体恢复，减少产妇产后并发症的发生率，从而提高产妇的生活质量，值得临床推广应用。关键词:社区卫生服务措施;产褥期;产后并发症;护理干预
