Abstract

三种手术方法治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效比较

目的探讨腹腔镜、腹膜后开放手术及显微治疗精索静脉曲张的临床应用价值及疗效。方法随机选取我院2005 ~ 2013年采用三种手术方式治疗的精索静脉曲张患者85例。结果所有患者术后恢复快，无睾丸复发和萎缩。术后77例患者精子质量均有不同程度改善。术后精子数、活跃率均显著高于术前，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。术后妊娠率为25%。8例患者术后精子发生功能无明显改善，术前精子计数< 10 × 106/ml。结论无论精索静脉曲张程度如何，一旦发现精液质量不良，排除其他原因后，应尽快采取手术治疗。三种手术方式对单侧精索静脉曲张没有区别，腹腔镜手术更适合于复发性和双侧精索静脉曲张。关键词:精索静脉曲张;三种操作方法;男性不育
