Abstract

中医辨证治疗糖尿病的疗效及安全性分析

目的探讨中医辨证治疗糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将我院收治的46例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予传统西药治疗。观察组患者采用中医辨证治疗。比较两组患者空腹血糖、总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者空腹血糖水平显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.7%，显著高于对照组的65.2% (P < 0.05)。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应(P < 0.05)。结论辨证论治糖尿病疗效确切。能有效控制血糖，改善临床症状，无严重不良反应。关键词:中医辨证;糖尿病;临床疗效
