At the end of experiment, the animals were sacrificed and small pieces of (2cm3) were taken from ovary, uterus and testis of all animals to histopathology. Histopathological sections of these organs of (T2) group was showed severe pathological changes characterized by vaculation in epithelial cells of uterus, cystic dilatation of uterine glands with degeneration of epithelial lining of its ,hemorrhage and decrease in number of growing follicles in ovary also there were sever pathological changes in the testes. While (T1) group was showed less pathological changes characterized by hyperplasia of epithelial lining with few and small uterine gland in uterus, presence of large secondary follicles in ovary and there were less pathological changes in testes. Abstract

The present study was undertaken to know the reproductive toxicity of mercury chloride in male and females of white rats. 氯化汞对大鼠生殖系统的病理影响
本研究旨在了解氯化汞对雄性和雌性大鼠的生殖毒性。选用体重相近(200-220 g)的白鼠12只(公6只,母6只),平均分为3组;第一组(T1)给予氯化汞(1mg/kg B.W)腹腔注射,每日1次,连用30 d。第二组(T2)给予氯化汞(1.5mg/kg B.W腹腔注射,每日1次,连用30天)。第三组仅给予蒸馏水0.2ml作为对照组。实验结束时处死动物,取卵巢、子宫、睾丸小块(2cm3)进行组织病理学检查。(T2)组组织病理切片显示子宫上皮细胞空腔、子宫腺体囊性扩张伴上皮内膜变性、卵巢出血、卵泡生长减少等严重病理改变,睾丸也有严重病理改变。而(T1)组病理改变较少,表现为上皮内膜增生,子宫内子宫腺少而小,卵巢内有较大的次级卵泡,睾丸病理改变较少。关键词:氯化汞,病理作用,大鼠。
