From the result obtained, carboxymethyl cellulose from durian seeds, taro rod, and bagasse made on a laboratory scale and using a reactor has become carboxymethyl cellulose in quality number 1 and 2, which are commonly called carboxymethyl cellulose industrial grade and food chemical codex quality which met the minimum quality requirements by SNI 8762; 2019.
