Implementation of the system for maintenance management of road structures at the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade

Abstract

At the Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, the need for the introduction of the Airport Pavement Management System (APMS) has been recognized for a long time, which would improve the existing procedures and enable the most optimal use of funds intended for maintenance. In 2019, testing and configuration of such a system began. The paper presents the characteristics of the system itself and the challenges that arose during implementation.
