Abstract
Canna porous starch was produced from corn starch,the optimum parameters for double enzymolysis based on single factor level are as follows:the weight ratio of α-amylase and glucoamylase is 1:3,enzyme concentration 1.5%,pH 5.0,temperature 55℃,time 18h,the porous starch with better absorbent for oil could be obtained.
