Abstract

: With the rapid development of domestic economy, the surplus rural labor force gradually flows to the cities, leading to an increase in the number of left-behind children in rural areas. Left-behind children have a series of problems during their growth, which seriously affect their physical and mental health development, not only affecting the quality of education and long-term development in rural areas, but also related to the future of the whole society. Taking W Primary School in G County as an example, this paper investigates the educational status of left-behind children from the aspects of their behavior habits, psychological status of left-behind children, comprehensive quality of guardians, home-school communication, situation of school teachers and school education management, and puts forward corresponding improvement strategies.
农村小学留守儿童教育问题研究——以G县W小学为例
当前位置随着国内经济的快速发展,农村剩余劳动力逐渐流向城市,导致农村留守儿童数量增加。留守儿童在成长过程中存在一系列问题,严重影响其身心健康发展,不仅影响农村教育质量和长远发展,而且关系到整个社会的未来。本文以G县W小学为例,从留守儿童的行为习惯、留守儿童心理状况、监护人综合素质、家校沟通、学校教师情况、学校教育管理等方面调查留守儿童的教育现状,并提出相应的改善策略。
