Abstract
The co-creation suggests the interaction of individuals within a framework to evolve, re-define or invent something that is new. The educational system is a natural space to co-create new methodologies, new strategies or didactic devices which are used for addressing a variety of educational needs, interests and preferences. This paper introduces CO-CREARIA, a model to support the collaborative creation of Inclusive and Accessible Open Educational Resources (IA-OERs). CO-CREARIA is based on the attention to diversity through the Universal Design for Learning (UDL), the use of technology as a tool, the openness as a value, and addressing web accessibility as an opportunity to reduce content access barriers. This paper describes a real experience with teachers who created their own IA-OER by applying this model and obtaining promising results.
