The analysis of factors ensuring conflict-free communication results in reasoning that the most important among them is alignment of the communication participants’ conceptual systems that means their sharing general and professional knowledge by its volume and structure, having common world views, opinions, and evaluation criteria, as well as normative use of lexical units, phraseology, and grammar. Abstract
