Abstract
Cardiac involvement is one of the extra-pulmonary presentations of COVID19. We describe a patient with COVID19 who had a devastating cardiac involvement without any pulmonary presentation. The cardiac presentations of COVID19 are myocardial injury, fulminant myocarditis, and myocardial infarction.
