Coronary sinus stenting for stabilizing a difficult quadripolar left ventricular lead

Abstract

The position and stability of left ventricular (LV) lead is important in determining the success of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT). Lead dislodgement is a common problem accounting for up to 2 to 12% of cases.
