The practical application of gene vectors in cancer therapy

Abstract

Gene delivery systems for gene therapy provide a great opportunity for treating diseases from genetic disorders, cancer, and other infections. The recent development of gene delivery system has reviewed for viral delivery systems and non-viral delivery systems. The viral delivery systems have discussed for DNA-based vectors and RNA-based vectors, and the non-viral delivery systems have summarized on the bases of physical approaches and chemical methods.
