In accordance with this process, there are some basic principles that parents should pay attention to religious education of a child. The principles suggested in the article were tried to be determined by making the literature review. In this study, value teaching of a family was built around Social Learning Theory. In addition, religious education for children and the issues that parents should pay attention to in the education process are discussed within the framework of the characteristics and value education of the early childhood period. Abstract

During the developmental periods, childhood and religious education taken during this period are very important for the individual to form the basis of adult life.
