I highlight the dificulties as well as personal and collective achievements for the realization of Projeto de Formação de Educadores e Educadoras de Assentamentos Rurais em Áreas de Reforma Agrária do Ceará – Magistério em Nível Médio (2005-2010). In order to do so, I support my report methodologically with authors who work with the perspective of biography and life experience reports (CHARTIER, 1994; GUIMARÃES, 2008; LE GOFF, 1990). Abstract
This report aims at describing my experience as a scholarship holder of National Program for Education in Land Reform (Free Translation from Programa Nacional de Educação na Reforma Agrária PRONERA). I highlight the dificulties as well as personal and collective achievements for the realization of Projeto de Formação de Educadores e Educadoras de Assentamentos Rurais em Áreas de Reforma Agrária do Ceará – Magistério em Nível Médio (2005-2010).
