The results of x-ray diffraction analysis of a zinc oxide film synthesized on a substrate of monocrystalline lithium tantalate and on a substrate of quartz KU-1 have been presented. The transmission, reflection, and absorption spectra, spectral dependence of photoluminescence of a thin ZnO film of on a ferroelectric substrate LiTaO<sub>3</sub> and the ZnO-quartz structure in the ultraviolet and visible spectral ranges have been given. Abstract
The results of a study of the structural, optical, and photoluminescent properties of a thin zinc oxide film on a LiTaO3 substrate have been presented. The results of x-ray diffraction analysis of a zinc oxide film synthesized on a substrate of monocrystalline lithium tantalate and on a substrate of quartz KU-1 have been presented.
