The transmission, reflection, and absorption spectra, spectral dependence of photoluminescence of a thin ZnO film of on a ferroelectric substrate LiTaO<sub>3</sub> and the ZnO-quartz structure in the ultraviolet and visible spectral ranges have been given. Abstract

The results of a study of the structural, optical, and photoluminescent properties of a thin zinc oxide film on a LiTaO3 substrate have been presented. The results of x-ray diffraction analysis of a zinc oxide film synthesized on a substrate of monocrystalline lithium tantalate and on a substrate of quartz KU-1 have been presented. The transmission, reflection, and absorption spectra, spectral dependence of photoluminescence of a thin ZnO film of on a ferroelectric substrate LiTaO3 and the ZnO-quartz structure in the ultraviolet and visible spectral ranges have been given. The results of the restoration of the energy spectrum of optically active defects present in the ZnO–LiTaO3 structure by the Tikhonov–Lavrentiev regularization method have been presented.
