Abstract

Objective To determine the risk factors for ectopic pregnancy to help take some prevention measures and reduce morbidityMethods A case-control study of 120 cases of ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2009 and 120 controls of intrauterine pregnancy who did artificial abortion or medical abortion in our outpatient clinic during the same period was performed.The data of the factors that may bring about ectopic pregnancy were collected and analyzed by single-factorial and multi-factorial Logistic regression.Results The multi-factorial analysis confirmed that the risk factors associated with ectopic pregnancy were prior abortion history,cesarean section history and pelvic inflammatory(OR=5.351,3.460,2.247,respectively).Conclusion Ectopic pregnancy is closed correlated with prior abortion history,cesarean section history and pelvic inflammatory,especially prior abortion history.That is why the important measures taken to reduce the morbidity of the ectopic pregnancy are the reduction of abortion rate and cesarean section rate as well as the active treatment and prevention of pelvic infection.

异位妊娠的危险因素

目的探讨异位妊娠的危险因素，以便采取预防措施，降低发病率。方法对2009年1月至12月我院收治的120例异位妊娠患者与同期门诊行人工流产或药物流产的120例宫内妊娠患者进行病例对照研究。收集可能导致异位妊娠的因素资料，采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果多因素分析确认宫外孕的危险因素为流产史、剖宫产史和盆腔炎(OR分别为5.351、3.460、2.247)。结论异位妊娠与既往流产史、剖宫产史、盆腔炎密切相关，尤其是与既往流产史相关。因此，降低流产率和剖宫产率以及积极治疗和预防盆腔感染是降低异位妊娠发病率的重要措施。
