舌上淋巴上皮囊肿1例

口腔淋巴上皮囊肿是一种罕见的囊肿，组织病理学上一般为角化不全的层状上皮，在粘膜下结缔组织中可见淋巴样组织。我们在此报告一例淋巴上皮囊肿在舌的外侧边界。患者是一名73岁的妇女。口内检查发现舌左缘有一无症状黄白色肿块。局部麻醉下切除肿块，病理诊断为淋巴上皮囊肿。我们报告一例罕见的舌侧缘淋巴上皮囊肿，并简要讨论其鉴别诊断。
