The medico-legal autopsy showed a pregnancy uterus with myometrial hemorrhage and multiple blood clots, diagnosed pathologically as a uterine arteriovenous malformation.</p><p>Maternal death is a multifactorial public health problem in underdeveloped countries. Abstract
