The framework supported by data sets regarding development, production, profits and losses, retrieved by surveys through distributed questionnaires or interviews during site-visits, as well as by collecting data from national and international authorities. Data input covered technology, farm size, farmer risk-attitude, risk-management strategies, risk-perceptions and socioeconomic profiles.
