Abstract

Lars Rowe og hans to medforfattere analyserer Norges Ruslands-politik med særlig henblik på Svalbard og Barentsregionen. De anbefaler bl.a., at norsk værdipolitik bør nedtones. Lars Rowe and his two co-authors analyse Norway’s policy towards Russia with special emphasis on the Svalbard archipelago and the Barents region. They recommend, e.g., that Norway’s value promotion should be downplayed.
