This article is an attempt to answer the problem questions: What styles of management of the School Team for Psychological and Pedagogical Support do the surveyed teachers prefer? In the opinion of the respondents, do the team management styles determine the effectiveness of the goals and tasks achieved? What competencies should the person managing the team have? Abstract

Abstract The aim of the article is to explore issues in the field of school management on the example of research carried out among teaching staff belonging to the School Team for Psychological and Pedagogical Assistance.
