Los protocolos utilizados fueron: analisis de bioimpedancia para determinar el peso corporal (PC), porcentaje de grasa corporal (PGC) e indice de masa corporal (IMC), una cinta metrica para medir la circunferencia de cintura (CC), un esfigmomanometro automatico para obtener la presion arterial diastolica (PAD) y diastolica (PAS), la prueba de Set and Reach y prueba de Push up para evaluar la flexibilidad y resistencia muscular respectivamente.
