The ERS exhibited a strong association with the mental health continuum (short form) measure, and moderate associations with emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has had a severe impact on employees’ well-being and business outcomes throughout the world. The purpose of the present study was to develop a short measure of well-being to identify vulnerable employees.
