Abstract

Abstract Kottwitz’s conjecture describes the contribution of a supercuspidal representation to the cohomology of a local Shimura variety in terms of the local Langlands correspondence. A natural extension of this conjecture concerns Scholze’s more general spaces of local shtukas.
