The trial results showed that the PURE App application effectively reduced menstrual pain in adolescents with dysmenorrhea. The treatment decreased pain score from 4.48±0.71 to 1.98±1.49 in the treatment group (p<0.001). The treatment group's post-measurement pain score was also significantly different compared to the control group, 1.98±1.49 and 4.90±1.10, respectively.Conclusion: The PURE App benefits teenagers, especially those with primary dysmenorrhea.
