Abstract

The relationship between identity and organizational commitment is studied in its affective, normative and continuity dimensions in small and medium-sized organizations in the service sector of the state of Sinaloa, Mexico. Using a quantitative approach with correlational and cluster analysis, a survey was applied to 147 workers from 12 service companies.
