This purpose, a multiple case study was carried out in these two industries, which are configured in companies that are restructuring strategies aimed at implementing sustainability for the best organizational performance. In order to achieve the general objective, it was necessary to conduct a wide bibliographic search, with semi-structured interviews with directors and employees – strategic and tactical –, in addition to unsystematic observation and analysis of the companies' documents on the websites.
