Abstract
The purpose of the study is to highlight the importance of transition services for Deaf individuals, while emphasizing the main objectives that compose this field’s central areas. In addition, this study sheds light on the different forms of transition services and provides examples of them. The author discusses the necessary skills required to achieve the objectives of transition services, specifically for deaf students from the high school level to higher education. The study concluded that awareness and planning of such objectives play a vital role in developing special needs programs in the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia.
