Abstract

ABSTRACT: In this study, different types of bacteria were isolated and diagnosed from soils collected from different areas of Ninava governorate, new strain of bacteria was discovered, based on biochemical tests and genetic examination (16S rRNA) and the strain was recorded under accession number (MW690182) in the Gene Bank (NCBI). 尼纳瓦省不同地区正常菌群的分离鉴定

摘要：本研究从尼纳瓦省不同地区采集的土壤中分离并诊断出不同类型的细菌，通过生物化学测试和基因检测（16S rRNA）发现了新的细菌菌株，并将该菌株记录在基因库（NCBI）的访问号（MW690182）下。分离的细菌是枯草芽孢杆菌菌株，命名为AHM1976，其革兰氏染色、运动性、溶血性和β型均呈阳性。关键词：隔离；识别正常菌群。摘要：本研究在伊拉克尼纳瓦省不同地区采集的土壤中分离并诊断了不同类型的细菌。根据生物化学测试和基因检查（16S rRNA），发现了一种新的细菌菌株，该菌株在基因库（NCBI）中以访问号（MW690182）注册。分离的细菌是枯草芽孢杆菌菌株，该菌株获得了一个新名称（AHM1976），革兰氏染色、运动性、溶血性和β型检测呈阳性。关键词：隔离；识别正常菌群的细菌。
