Data collection was carried out using semi-structured interviews and for analyzing the data, ATLAS-ti software thematic analysis was used. Next, the main and sub-topics were identified. Results: In this study, 2 main categories including “intrapersonal contexts” and “Job-organizational contexts” were identified as facilitators, 2 main categories including “individual problems and challenges”, and “external barriers and deficiencies” were identified as barriers. 27 sub-themes were also obtained.
