Abstract

As the reserve force of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), students in TCM colleges or universities play an important role in promoting the development of TCM. 中医药文化对高校中医药学生人文素质的影响

中医药院校学生作为中医后备力量，对中医药事业的发展起着重要的推动作用。然而，这些学生在人文素质方面存在不足，如缺乏人文知识、对生命的恐惧意识、职业道德的不足，这些都可能影响他们未来的工作表现。针对中医药院校学生人文素质现状，分析了影响其人文素质的因素，提出在中医药院校搭建中医文化交流平台，丰富教师的中医文化知识，培养学生的职业道德，结合中医文化的深、实、仁、效等核心价值观，提高学生的整体人文素质。关键词：中医文化；中医学院或大学的学生；人文素质；影响因素
