Abstract The Zoltners, Sinha, Sahay, Shastri, and Lorimer (2021) article provides an excellent macro model of how sales digitization is related to organizational success. Additionally, the authors provide recommendations for avoiding pitfalls and achieving success in sales digitization programs.
