SmartPLS 3 package program was used in the analysis of the data. As a result, we found that only skill development and organizational support dimensions of the remote working attitude affect job and life satisfaction. Also, we found that job satisfaction has a partial mediating role between skill development and life satisfaction. However, in the case of the relationship between organizational support and life satisfaction, job satisfaction emerged as a full mediator.
