La monografía La interpretación judicial en el enjuiciamiento criminal es una obra necesaria y al mismo tiempo inevitable, dado que el tema al que está dedicada, a pesar de su relevancia, aún no cuenta con el desarrollo adecuado, al tiempo que son escasas las publicaciones dedicadas al mismo.
