The ontological structure of disasters concisely describes the knowledge, concepts, attributes, and relationships of the disaster scenario. It reduces the granularity of the data from the document to the data level. Disaster ontologies comprise a set of basic knowledge of a given domain, which is reusable, relatively fixed, and applicable in different areas at different periods. Abstract
