Yenisey Siberia—The First Macroregion of Russia

Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the development of the Yenisey Siberia macroregion, which was presented at the 2018 Krasnoyarsk Economic forum. The governor of Krasnoyarsk Krai and leaders from the republics of Tuva and Khakassia have come together to coordinate the development of interregional projects relating to infrastructure and major investment. The author describes these three regional partners and the investment projects they have contributed to Yenisey Siberia. The expert opinions of the participants of the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum are presented. The author concludes that a strategic hierarchy should to be implemented in the investment program.
