El contrato de transferencia de tecnología: caracterización e importancia estratégica

Abstract

The technology transfer contract is a complex mechanism that involves an important number of interests, in order to foment the commercial exploitation of technologies and an improvement in the competitivity indicators of the production of economic resources in the knowledge society.This paper seeks to characterize the transference contract of technologies in Colombian law, indicating its strategic importance and proposing an analysis of its configuration.The objective is to contribute to the legal theory, with the study of a mechanism that has been relevant for globalization and new markets.
