Abstract

Objective : To explore the application effect of WeChat public platform in uterine fallopian tube angiography appointment. 微信公共平台在宫腔输卵管造影预约中的应用
目的:探讨微信公共平台在子宫输卵管造影预约中的应用效果。方法选择2018年7月1日至9月1日在厦门市某三级医院妇科门诊就诊的420例患者,随机分为实验组(220例)和对照组(200例)。对照组采用传统的体检方法对预约进行验证。实验组关注微信公众号“X微健康”预约。比较两组患者的血管造影知识、医疗服务满意度、术前自我护理完整性、医疗费用。结果实验组血管造影知识评分、医疗服务满意度、术前自我护理完善度分别为(53.12±12.21)、96.3%、99.09%,对照组分别为(47.38±7.42)、84.0%、89.5%;实验组的交通费、注册费、医疗服务费显著降低;实验组各方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于微信血管造影预约公共平台,简化预约流程,缓解就诊紧张,提高患者血管造影知识,降低就医成本,提高就医满意度,对护患关系和谐发展具有积极意义,值得推广应用。关键词:微信公共平台;输卵管造影;门诊预约
