Results: The Factorial Analysis shows the structure of the test with two factors that justifies 53.1 % of the variance with values of B-S X2 (53) = 119.1; p <0.001; CFI = 0.90; GFI = 0.92; AGFI = 0.89 and RMSEA = 0.076; IC: 90% [0.006 - 0.009]. In addition, it is reliable among the item scores (α =, 83) and stable in temporal terms (r =, 778) with three weeks of interval. It also converges moderately with the Tuckman Procrastination Scale (r =, 594). Abstract

Objective: To know the psychometric properties of the APS in a sample of university students from the city of Ambato, Ecuador.
