Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between work-family conflict, job satisfaction and mentoring by examining the effect of gender and working environment. Furthermore, WFC is positively related to both time and schedule flexibility and work demands for female managers. This study can be an initial step in establishing the crucial role of mentoring and flexibility on work-family interference for two genders.
