REHABILITATIVE INFLUENCE ON THE ADOLESCENT IN PENITENTIARY INSTITUTUONS AND CONTEMPORARY PROBLEMS OF THEIR EMPLOYEES

Abstract

This research paper concerns penitentiary institutions for the adolescent and rehabilitative influence within their premises. Penitetiary influence is directed towards the means which are obligatory within the legal system. They include work, teaching, sports activities, cultural and educational activities, maintaining relations with the outside world, as well as new means and methods of influencing the convicts. The activities carried out on the premises of the penitentiary institutions and directed towards the adolescent often cause certain implications that may cause numerous problems for penitentiary staff in their work with the convicts.
