All in all, there are some important legal and administrative regulatory acts on academic staff training in Türkiye. However, numerous legal and administrative regulations, excessive diversity and inconsistency in practices render this specific legal domain complicated. The subject of this study is the academic staff and the legal regulations regarding the training and development of academic staff.
