Abstract

In the context of European and Euro-Atlantic integration the terminology of national administrative law undergoes significant changes: there is a re-evaluation of the main legal categories, new terms that are not specific to the Ukrainian terminology are introduced, linguistic constructions that are modified in the contextualization process are used.
