From 29th to 43rd day of the study, isoniazid was stopped and therapeutic agents such as normal saline, silymarin, RDEE 1.5g/kg and 3g/kg were given orally in different animal groups respectively. On 44th day, blood samples were collected for biochemical analysis and liver tissue was subjected to histopathological examination.\nResults: The rats administered RDEE showed significant reduction in the liver marker enzymes and total bilirubin treated as compared to negative control group. 大马士革罗莎治疗异烟肼肝毒性的实验评价
目的:肝毒性是一线抗结核药物如异烟肼的副作用。本研究旨在评价大马士革玫瑰乙醇提取物(RDEE)对异烟肼所致大鼠肝毒性的治疗潜力。方法:大鼠口服异烟肼(50 mg/kg) 28 d。给予水飞蓟素(50 mg/kg)作为标准药物。研究第29 ~ 43天,各组停用异烟肼,分别口服生理盐水、水飞蓟素、RDEE 1.5g/kg、3g/kg等治疗药物。第44天采血进行生化分析,并对肝组织进行组织病理学检查。结果:与阴性对照组相比,RDEE组大鼠肝脏标志物酶和总胆红素显著降低。与阴性对照组相比,RDEE治疗组抗氧化水平和组织病理学评分也有显著改善。结论:大马士革玫瑰醇提物对异烟肼所致肝毒性有一定的治疗作用,且呈剂量依赖性。关键词:大马士革玫瑰,保肝,异烟肼,水飞蓟素,结核,肝毒性
