The results of the development and evaluation of the use of the Web-MPCU show that it was valid, feasible, and effectively applied to improve understanding of the material in elementary schools. Abstract

The problem at elementary schools was the use of media that was not in accordance with the context and needs of teachers and students in the classroom through instructional design. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of a web-based media provider costume by the user (Web-MPCU) to improve students’ understanding of the material and test the effectiveness of its application through instructional design at elementary schools.
