Assessment of Probiotic Properties of Lactic Acid Bacteria from Traditional Sourdoughs for Bread-Making in Turkey against Some Gut Conditions

Abstract

This study aims to assess the probiotic properties of Lactic Acid Bacteria isolated from the traditional sourdoughs used for bread making in Turkey against some gut conditions.
