Abstract

: The largest amount of construction waste comes from demolition processes, but the traditional, extensive management of construction demolition waste has many disadvantages, and it is difficult to achieve the goals of reduction and generation of harmless construction waste and recycling of the same. On the basis of consulting numerous documents and inviting experts to be interviewed based on the idea of lean management, this study constructs an index system of influencing factors of lean management of building demolition waste from the management perspective. Data were then collected based on questionnaires and imported into a structural equation model (SEM) to verify and analyze the index system. The results show that government departments and construction units have the most important influences on the lean management of building demolition waste. Incentive policy, on-site management level and information management and control are the key factors of secondary indicators. Finally, the targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed that provide a reference for lean management of building demolition waste in China.
