In this paper, we have proposed a convex optimization technique for optimizing the call drop probability, remaining energy and handoffs in heterogeneous networks. Abstract

Twenty-first century is an era of cutting-edge technologies. From artificial intelligence to nanotechnology, modern life has gathered the pace to match up with the shrinking time and fast-moving world. Likewise, a Heterogeneous Network finds its own space in this century of inventions. Every individual, industry, and institute needs to be connected to the internet cloud.
